Robert Marsden FCA

Robert trained and qualified with Myers Clark in 1980. He left in 1983, and became a Partner in a top 20 accountancy practice, rejoining Myers Clark as a Partner in 1995. Robert has vast experience in advising owner-managed businesses and takes a keen interest in tax planning (including international) and corporate finance. Married with a grown family, Robert and his wife enjoy many activities including cycling, skiing, sailing and golf.

Peter Horn BSc (Hons), CTA

With more than 20 years’ experience in UK tax, Peter has more recently specialised in international taxation and offshore trusts – in particular advising individuals planning to re-settle overseas or to acquire property abroad. He now combines this expertise with comprehensive UK tax planning for clients and their businesses. Peter has regularly lectured to the public and to interest groups on these issues and has contributed to a number of articles in specialist magazines and newspapers, as well as other publications. Peter enjoys spending time with his son and is an enthusiastic runner.

Rebecca Potton BA (Hons), ATT, CTA

Rebecca advises corporate clients on tax-efficient ways of restructuring their business or preparing to pass it on. She provides personal clients with advice on all aspects of personal and inheritance taxation. Rebecca joined Myers Clark in 2001, qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2004. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

Michael Perry FCA

Michael is a consultant tax investigations expert. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980 and has a wealth of over 30 years experience in dealing with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) at all levels. He is able to assist both clients and other professional firms with tax dispute resolution and provide specialist advice on a whole range of enquiries, from voluntary disclosures and those conducted at local office level, to more complex cases such as suspected serious tax fraud handled by HMRC’s Specialist Investigations Office. Michael is an avid film buff and also enjoys various musical pursuits in his spare time.
